In the app
Open [App name], go to your account settings, choose Delete account and confirm. Your account is closed straight away.
Without the app
Send an email to info@kgmbinvestment.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your profile: name, email address, phone number and company details.
- Your damage reports, photos, voice recordings and messages.
- Your device data, such as notification tokens.
Deleted data is removed from our backups within a further 30 days.
What we keep, and why
Quotes, invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax and commercial law requires us to keep them (up to 7 years). They are used for nothing else and are deleted when that period ends.
